At a coastal construction site in Russia, waves struck the shoreline as a crawler crane steadily lifted the Anteng AT-180 hydraulic vibratory hammer and aligned it with steel pipe piles along the shore for continuous operation. Rows of steel pipe piles were arranged neatly along the coastline, gradually forming a strong waterside retaining structure and laying the foundation for subsequent coastal protection, wave prevention and shoreline reinforcement.
From the onsite environment, the project is a typical steel pipe pile construction project for coastal protection. Unlike ordinary land construction, nearshore work faces tidal scouring, mixed sand and gravel strata, limited operating space and high equipment stability requirements. Steel pipe piles must not only be positioned accurately, but also maintain a continuous alignment to create conditions for a stable retaining and wave-protection structure.
The Anteng AT-180 hydraulic vibratory hammer used in this project worked together with a crawler crane and Anteng power pack. Through high-frequency vibration, the equipment reduced resistance around the pile, allowing steel pipe piles to sink more smoothly into the strata. In the waterside environment, the AT-180 demonstrated good clamping stability and continuous operating capability, helping the contractor improve pile sinking efficiency and reduce onsite waiting time.
For coastal protection projects, equipment reliability directly affects project progress. The AT-180 hydraulic vibratory hammer is suitable for many types of pile foundation construction and can serve ports, docks, river regulation, bridge cofferdams, coastal protection and other engineering scenarios. Its application at the Russian coastal jobsite further verifies Anteng equipment's adaptability in complex overseas waterside conditions.
From Chinese manufacturing to Russia's frontline construction sites, Anteng Engineering is demonstrating the efficiency and strength of domestic piling equipment through real projects. In the future, Anteng will continue to serve more overseas infrastructure and coastal protection projects with stable, reliable products and targeted construction solutions.
