The Kutch region of Gujarat, India, is one of the most closely watched areas in global new-energy construction. Public information shows that the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Kutch has a planned capacity of about 30 GW, covering solar and wind power, and is one of the world's largest single-site renewable energy bases. Jiangsu Anteng Machinery Co., Ltd. cooperated with India's largest renewable energy company, providing the AT-75B side-clamp excavator-mounted hammer and the V250 excavator-mounted vibratory piling hammer for the Kutch solar project. Site images show that the project is located in Kachchh, Gujarat, with a typical open desertified landscape. The construction area is broad, pile positions are numerous and the operating rhythm is fast, requiring equipment to transfer efficiently between different points while maintaining stable pile sinking efficiency and construction accuracy.

During project construction, the AT-75B and V250 work flexibly together according to different construction sections. The AT-75B side-clamp excavator-mounted hammer offers strong clamping capability and working-condition adaptability, making it suitable for longer, heavier or higher-resistance pile foundation tasks. The V250 excavator-mounted vibratory piling hammer relies on the excavator platform and features mobility, convenient transfer and high efficiency, making it suitable for large-area, multi-point and high-frequency photovoltaic foundation pile construction.

Compared with conventional steel piles, PVC piles are lighter and require better protection at the pile top. If clamping or force transmission is unreasonable during construction, problems such as pile shaking, pile-top damage or pile sinking deviation may occur. For this working condition, Anteng configured dedicated clamps for the project, allowing the equipment to transmit vibration force more evenly, improve pile sinking stability and reduce the risk of damage to the pile top.
