In piling construction, many people focus on the excitation force of the vibratory hammer body, clamps and pile type, while overlooking the importance of the power pack. In fact, for hydraulic vibratory hammers, hydraulic impact hammers and hydraulic vibroflots, the power pack is the core energy-supply unit that ensures stable equipment operation. Without stable hydraulic power output, even a strong main machine cannot deliver its intended performance.
The main role of the power pack is to provide continuous and stable hydraulic oil flow and working pressure for hydraulic piling equipment. Construction sites often face long continuous operation, complex environments and fluctuating equipment loads. If the power pack cannot supply enough energy, vibration output may become unstable, clamp action may slow down, construction efficiency may drop and equipment safety may even be affected.

Anteng power packs cover models including 400P, 600P, 800P, 1000P, 1200P, 1400P and 1600P. Among them, the 400P has a maximum power of 265 kW/360 HP, the 1000P has a maximum power of 820 kW/1,100 HP, and the 1600P has a maximum power of 1,340 kW/1,822 HP. These power packs of different specifications can be matched according to vibratory hammer models and construction conditions.
In large steel pipe pile construction, ports and terminals, bridge platforms and deep foundation works, equipment usually needs to operate under high load for long periods. In these cases, the power pack must not only be powerful enough to drive the equipment, but also stable enough to supply it continuously. Stable oil flow ensures sustained excitation force output from the vibratory hammer, while stable pressure helps clamps maintain reliable gripping, reducing construction interruptions and efficiency losses.
For overseas projects, the value of a power pack is even more obvious. Some construction sites have limited power supply conditions, and an independent power pack can improve equipment adaptability, allowing hydraulic vibratory hammers to be put into use more quickly in ports, field sites, waterside areas and remote regions.
