Anteng Machinery Customizes APB-260 Mobile Energy Storage Cabinet for Japan's Energy Market

Anteng Machinery recently completed production and successful delivery of the APB-260 mobile energy storage cabinet customized for a Japanese customer. Customized Design for Japan's Strict Market Requirements

The APB-260 mobile energy storage cabinet was specially developed and manufactured by Anteng Machinery according to the Japanese customer's requirements for high reliability, high safety and complex-environment adaptability. The product uses lithium iron phosphate, or LFP, batteries with a total capacity of 261 kWh. It supports wide-temperature operation, running stably from -20 C to 50 C, while the storage temperature range extends from -60 C to 20 C, adapting to Japan's diverse climate conditions from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

In terms of protection performance, the APB-260 battery pack reaches IP67 protection level, while the whole machine reaches IP55, offering strong dustproof and waterproof capability. The equipment is fitted with a liquid-cooling system to ensure stable temperature control under high-load operation. Its fire protection system uses perfluorohexanone as the extinguishing medium, further improving safety under complex working conditions.

Multi-Scenario Application and Flexible Output Configuration

The APB-260 supports multiple input and output modes to meet power needs in different scenarios. For AC output, the equipment provides three-phase output options of 125 kW, 24 kW and 12 kW, as well as single-phase output options of 1,500 W and 4,400 W, with voltage coverage from 100 V to 220 V. AC input supports 125 kW and 6 kW power levels, while DC output is 75 V and 250 A, providing strong compatibility and expandability.

The unit is equipped with a touch-control screen, allowing users to flexibly adjust output parameters according to actual needs. With dimensions of 2,516 x 1,441 x 2,002 mm and a total weight of 4,430 kg, it has a compact structure that is convenient for transport and onsite deployment.
