The rebar-cage vibratory hammer is a dedicated improved product for rebar-cage construction. It is not a traditional driving and extracting device for steel sheet piles or steel pipe piles. Instead, it is developed for lowering, vibrating and assisting the positioning of rebar cages. In bridge pile foundations, cast-in-place piles and underground foundation projects, rebar cages are large and long, and can become stuck, misaligned or difficult to lower during hoisting. The rebar-cage vibratory hammer uses vibration to help the cage settle smoothly into place, improving installation efficiency and reducing onsite adjustment time.
