Anteng Launches AMG Series Hydraulic Vibratory Hammers, Successfully Entering the UAE Infrastructure Market

Jiangsu Anteng Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially launched its new AMG series hydraulic vibratory hammers, including three core models: AMG 16, AMG 20 and AMG 25. With excellent technical performance and multi-condition adaptability, the new series quickly entered the UAE market after release and has been put into local infrastructure construction, bringing the strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to the Middle East infrastructure sector.

Anteng Machinery has been deeply engaged in hydraulic vibratory hammers for many years, with products exported to more than 60 countries and regions. The newly launched AMG series was created for the needs of large overseas infrastructure projects and is specially designed for steel sheet pile and steel pipe pile construction in ports, docks and major municipal projects. It delivers comprehensive upgrades in power output, operating stability and working-condition adaptability. The full series is equipped with ATVJ-160 standard clamp assemblies, providing great convenience for overseas construction. As a popular model, the AMG 25 has an eccentric moment of 0-25 kgm, maximum centrifugal force of 1,455 kN, maximum static extraction force of 300 kN and dynamic mass of 3,800 kg, maintaining strong and stable power output even in deep-pile and heavy-pile work under complex strata.

Located along the Persian Gulf, the UAE has soft-soil foundations, high temperatures and high-salt-fog conditions in some construction areas, placing strict demands on weather resistance and stability. The Anteng AMG series incorporates a high-temperature-resistant cooling system and anti-corrosion protection processes to withstand heat and salt-fog erosion, prevent wear of core components and avoid power attenuation. Its high-frequency vibration design can quickly reduce the shear strength of soft-soil foundations, significantly improving pile sinking efficiency and verticality.
